ritchie58 Posted October 9, 2013 Report Share Posted October 9, 2013 Hi Zurchiboy, I know that Microsoft's Security Essentials really does not have a large amount of folks using it for just that reason. There's AV products (even free versions) out there with much better detection rates as this article points out. The AV testing proves this time and again. The free version of Immunet being used as a companion AV to MSE would be a much better option at keeping your computer protected than just relying on MSE alone.
