Bod When Start To Use Vpn Line

Recommended Posts

Hello Ronald, I would suggest you turn off "Monitor Network Connections" in Settings (see image) and then reboot to see if that corrects your VPN network connection problem. This is something Support definetly needs to look into as you are not the first Immunet user to report a conflict with their VPN network.

Hi Ronald,

Can you try what Ritchie says (hopefully Isolate the issue), and let us know?

Also, can you upload a SDT? (instructions at the bottom)

And, lastly, can you specify the name (and version, if you can) of the software you are using?

Thanks,

-Jose

SDT Instructions:

1) Click Start -> All Programs -> Immunet 3.0 -> Support Diagnostics Tool.

2) A new file will be created on your desktop with a name like Immunet_Support_Tool_[date and

timestamp].7z.

3) Please email this file to support@immunet.com OR upload it here.

Hello all,

I already tried to shutdown the network monitor.

I run Win XP service pak 3 and downloaded the latest Immunet software (3.012.9412).

I did not found a way there to dissable the control

The created file I can't upload, too large (3.17Mbyte)

I will send it to the email address

Greetings

Ronald

Hello Ritchie and Jose,

I send all by email, the software I use is from Cisco called VPN client version 5.0.07.0410

A other thing I have is that the latest clamd version 0.98 report a ClamWall 1.4.0.96.

I hope the problem with the BOD can be solved quick so i can use my VPN line again

Greetings

Ronald
