ritchie58
Hi all, I wanted to share this email I recieved in my spam folder to the forum community. One look and you can tell it's nothing but an attempt to aquire personal information from the recipient for heaven knows what nafarious purpose. Identity theft would be my first guess! Out of curiosity I did a search of the web and couldn't find a company with the name Phil & Mel fabric Inc at all! So that's just another indicator that this email is completely bogus. Also note the sender does not identify me personally and the syntax errors (an indication the sender's primary language is not English). The bottom line is if you recieve an email that is either out right suspicious (as this one is) or too good to be true don't respond to it or give out any personal information to these scammers or you risk becoming just another victim of identity theft.
