Protection Has Expired When Started In August For 2 Years

We put Immunet on 2 PC (bought 3 PC package August 10th) and now on our primary PC, Immunet gives an error and says "Protection Expired" and wants us to extend it. Has anyone seen this and know a solution? Thanks for any help at removing this bother.

Hi tenspeed, the Immunet Support phone number is not avalible on the weekends. May I suggest you contact Support directly at this URL regarding your billing issue: support@immunet.com. Sorry, that's the best I can do as a forum moderator, I don't have direct access to a customer's account information.
