SiliconVgolfer Posted April 19, 2014 Report Share Posted April 19, 2014 I recently installed Immunet 3.0 on a number of machines but on one particualr machine that I just finished rebuilding (XP SP3), Immunet performs the Flash Scan correctly, finds nothin and then prompty forgets that a scan was completed. ritchie58 Posted April 19, 2014 Report Share Posted April 19, 2014 There are several things that can cause this behavior. sfc.exe and iptray.exe require an active internet connection. Make sure that these processes are not being blocked or sandboxed by some other security software your using such as your firewall, another anti-virus program, HIPS program, etc... On rare occasions the history.db files can become corrupted. This usually happens when another program attempts to access these files. A simple uninstall/reinstall will usually correct this however. If you continue to have issues may I suggest you send in a Support dump to Support.
