I will send to support@immunet.com zip file resulted from "Support Diagnostic Tool" Thanks Bogdan, I will look at it today. That typically occurs because another AV product has torched our selfprotect driver. The scan issue, what % does it get stuck at? I wonder if it's a timing issue. Is this a localized build or the vanilla general version everyone uses? al
xarc
I don't don't know if it's time involved here in scan ... it does at the beginning, in the middle of scan and so on. and it doesn't do only in "Flash Scan". all scans do the same thing. I use 2.0.15.12 drs.dll file changed with the Romanian one on XP SP3.

OK, I suspect this is an issue related to the localization - did you see this with the regular build? al

xarc
I don't know because it just happen to this one by "mistake". I didn't checked previous one. second minor can be: if I don't let to finish first time scan "Stop Scan" and I close this unfinished job, under the "last Scanned" the round yellow mark turn to green and show from "Not Secure" to "Secure" but the bubble from tray icon say "Your scan has been canceled" third minor can be: when I unplug the network cable from PC, Windows alerter should say "Immunet Protect is turned off" but only for Free version with no other antivirus installed.
