I too have this problem, and I think you have to have the password to make a scheduled scan, Now I do the test and then answer. Guest orlando
I put a password for Windows user, but when (to restart) I tried to create a scheduled scan an unknown error appeared. Maybe another bug? I shall highlight Millard to our problem and this bug, what is your operating system? Put other features of your computer. My: Windows 7 Ultimate x32 (last update). xarc
Windows XP 32 bit. If I put password for user I have no problem to schedule. But I think Millard is in his deserved vacation, he will read this after. Let him rest awhile.

Right now it's on our list of short term enhancements to change. It sits behind translations though for the time being. Right now most of the team is on on holidays so it's slow going right now but will pick up again when everyone returns. al

Morro
I installed Immunet Protect Free today and i wanted to make a scheduled scan as well. I too got that "Unknown error occured" message. I see that Immunet is aware of it so my question is if anything is known as to when this will be handled? I use Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit by the way.
