Benz 0 Report post Posted August 24, 2010 I recently installed Immunet but it doesn't show as an 'active' icon in my taskbar. When I check the processes in Windows Task Manager 'agent.exe' is listed. My settings are to 'Hide Inactive Icons' Is it working or not? Thanks Benz

Guest orlando Report post Posted August 24, 2010 Yes, it is listed. Try reinstalling Immunet, do this: 1 - Uninstall Immunet; 2 - Make a clean with Ccleaner (disk and registry); 3 - Reinstall Immunet. Waiting for answers, Regards, Orlando
Pedersen 138 Report post Posted August 24, 2010 The tray icon is not active therefor it shouldnt show. If agent.exe run normal in task manager and you can see iptray when expanding your menu, its fine

As Pedersen points out, if it's not active (the tray) then it should not be showing up as per your settings. al
Benz 0 Report post Posted August 24, 2010 As both agent.exe and iptray are listed as processes in my Task Manager, I'll assume that Immunet protection is operating. Thanks for your help chaps/esses
