Can't remove false positives from quarantine

I'm unable to remove some false positives from quarantine through Immunet client. It fails with an error which states:   "File Could Not Be Restored. Check to see if Agent is online. Please Contact support@immunet.com."

The files are:

winver.exe detected as W32.Auto:4a8e99.03.Talos

winedevice.exe detected as W32.1b3251A060.in12.Talos

Is it because the hard disk that these files are on is Btrfs format?
