AdrianH
Well, having trialled Immunet on 3 machines here for several weeks I have decided to remove it permanently. Scans even on a very small partition are exceptionally long, even the flash scan wanted to run for over an hour .... new install of Win7 32bit and only a browser (Opera) added. I have found many forums and sites I visit to be extremely slow and unresponsive with Immunet installed, this forum and the main Immunet site are examples, pages are horribly slow, I am on a 24mb broadband connection and have a throughput of 18.5mb downstream, without the application installed both site and forum run normally. I have tried removing Immunet and cleaning the registry then runnning a clean install but the same slow browsing is apparent.

I think the problem is not from Immunet because when not installed any service and / or files is running. Materials may you have a virus, it may not say so though. Add more details. Adrian, Perhaps it's an issue with Opera, we currently only test with Firefox and IE. I would be very surprised though given that we only examine PE files (I assume you are referring to Free, not Plus?) and unless your browser is sucking down programs we ignore it. Sorry to hear you had that experience. I'll load up Opera this week and see if I can recreate. al
