adrin Posted January 19, 2016 Report Share Posted January 19, 2016 when full scan in immunet main page show cpu usage about 50~80 percent and my windows hang and freez. i have cpu core i3 but 50 percent or more went for immunet scan. is this normal? If you have Scan Archive Files and Scan Packed Files enabled in Settings this means that Immunet is digging much deeper into your system looking for malware during a scan. Which is a good thing actually. But that can increase the CPU usage and the scan time. Although 80% of CPU usage does seems rather high to me. One thing I do when performing a malware scan is to not use any other apps or use a browser. That way Immunet doesn't need to compete for System resources with other apps and the scan time will be a little faster too.Cheers, Ritchie...
