if you're looking to scan critical window file paths, you can use the Custom Scan option and specify the directories you wish to scan. Windows directories aren't included in flash scans because they're meant to be used as a first line of defence, an initial scan to see if there's anything wrong with your computer. It should always be followed up if your computer continues to exhibit strange behaviour.
