senge
Hi, my IMP 2.0 free stops flash-scanning at "ctfmon.exe" and don´t find any end. Elapsed time is counting and counting... Closing and reopening the application, clicking onto "scan", again and only the time counter is working. What could we do? Thanks for help. senge
millard@immunet.com
senge, Please open your task manager, show processes from all users, and see if agent.exe is running. Although usually if that crashes, the scan will stop right away. You might have to right-click on the tray and select Exit and then re-launch the UI to recover from the state your in. Please attach your Support Diagnostics File (http://support.immunet.com/tiki-read_article.php?articleId=10). Thanks, --Millard

Un-install Immunet - If you have PLUS, save the LICENSE. 2. Restart 3. Delete the Immunet whole folder. 4. Download a Registry Cleaner like: ccleaner, and clean the registry. 5. Install it again, and post back the results. Cheers!
senge
Thanks Millard, thanks Armin, it´s fine to have you here in the forum, I feel well supported with you alongside I´ve rebooted and all is running well again... Thanks also for the registry-cleaning tip. I do it every week with Auslogics Boost Speed... If it make sense for you, I attach the actual system-flash.
