ritchie58
Have you tried to run Immunet in Safe Mode to make sure there aren't any leftover malicious files? Not a bad idea I think. First manually update Immunet to get the newest defs. and then restart, enter Safe Mode without Networking and do a full scan of all your hard drives. If you continue to have issues you are welcome to submit a SDT report to Support. More info here. http://support.immunet.com/index.php?/topic/1672-how-do-i-submit-a-support-diagnostic-tool-report/ Best wishes, Ritchie...

ritchie58
Hi Karkoon, have you tried to create an exclusion with your ESET product regarding the False Positive? Here is a link to ESET's support page outlining how to add exclusions if you're not sure how it's done. http://support.eset.com/kb2769/?locale=en_US&viewlocale=en_USIf you're using NOD32 here is a Youtube video that shows how exclusions are created. If none of this info is helpful might I suggest you contact ESET's support instead. Regards, Ritchie...
