ritchie58
Immunet was designed to start at Windows boot up so if you use a start up manager to delay Immunet's start that could have possible undesirable consequences, so I wouldn't recommend you do that.Check what other start up programs you have besides Immunet. The fewer start up programs you have the faster Windows will boot up. I "only allow programs that absolutely need to start at boot up" for that reason (such as my firewall and security apps and that's it). Cheers, Ritchie... beluu
As ritchie said, avoid having too many unnecessary things that need to boot at startup is probably your best bet.
ritchie58
Something I should have mentioned in my first thread. It is easy to check what legitimate non-Windows programs are authorized to start at boot up by using the Windows msconfig utility. Here's how to do it using Administrator privileges. Click on Start -> In the Search programs and files bar type exactly: msconfig and click on the msconfig icon when it appears (this will launch the msconfig utility) -> Click on the Startup tab -> Uncheck any entries that do not need to be startup programs -> Click Apply then OK. I hope this info helps, Ritchie...
