Ame
Hi there I've recently noticed that the Cloud Stats' is not changing anymore. It say '0 people protected' from '0 threats'. It says it's updated, but is it really not 'running'? Kind regards
ritchie58
Hi Ame, that is weird! I would venture to guess that you're still protected but the stats are just reading incorrectly for some reason. Is anyone else seeing this behavior? Please add an additional thread to this topic if you are. One way to check if Immunet launched properly is open Task Manager (press Ctrl, Alt, Delete together and choose the Task Manager option) and see if both of Immunet's processes are running, that being iptray.exe and sfc.exe. It could be just a temporary server issue but if you continue to see this behavior a couple of days from now let me know. I may ask you to create a support data dump and send it directly to the support staff if it does continue (don't worry it's not hard to do). Best wishes, Ritchie... Ame
Hi again Ritchie I clean installed it again, but i'ts still the same, only I,m getting reports of it being turned off,and nothing happens when I try to restart it. Any idea what's going on here? Kind regards
ritchie58
Mmm. You could try and kill & re-start Immunet manually if you're comfortable with using command prompts to see if that has any effect. First if the Immunet tray icon is present right-click on it and choose "Hide Tray Icon" then click on Start > type cmd in the Search bar, this will launch a cmd icon > click on the cmd icon to launch the cmd window. Type exactly: net stop immunetprotect > press Enter Wait a few seconds for the Immunet process to stop To restart Immunet: open another cmd window and type exactly: net start immunetprotect > press Enter To relaunch the tray icon simply click on the Immunet Desktop icon or the Immunet icon located in the All Programs directory. Also, make sure that no other program is blocking/sand-boxing/interfering with Immunet's processes such as your firewall or other security apps you may be using. If this has no effect then I very well might need you to submit a diagnostic support dump directly to the support team because I'm at odds and it looks like you may need someone more knowledgeable to assist with your issues.Best wishes, Ritchie...
