ritchie58 Posted December 5, 2022 Report Share Posted December 5, 2022 Hi ANKUSH, I would first suggest you uninstall & reinstall Immunet in case your copy of Immunet got corrupted for some reason. When asked by the uninstaller if you plan to reinstall Immunet again choose the "NO" option & finish the uninstall. This deletes all the .db history files & custom settings. After reinstalling you will have to add any custom exclusions you were using, any scheduled scan(s) & reconfigure the settings you were using. If after doing a reinstall & you're still encountering issues double check your firewall & any other installed security programs you may be using. Make sure that the Windows .exe processes that Immunet uses are not being blocked, sandboxed or interfered with in any way. The Windows executable processes that Immunet uses are: cscm.exe iptray.exe sfc.exe freshclam.exe (if the ClamAV module & updates for it are enabled) Regards, Ritchie...
