ritchie58
Hi adrin, I'm currently using AMP for Endpoints (or FireAMP Connector - Immunet's enterprise version) but it did take a few minutes for Immunet to launch on my computer because of the startup security & other programs I use. Once you see the little pop up window saying Immunet is connected to the cloud you should be able to start a scan then. Also, once properly launched, it takes about 5 minutes or less for Immunet to pull down the latest defs to install for the ClamAV module if you have that enabled. Don't forget with the ClamAV module enabled that gives you off-line scanning abilities. So in reality it's really best if you allow Immunet to launch properly & update itself before starting a scan anyway. I hope this clarifies things for you.Best wishes, Ritchie...
