ritchie58 Posted January 25, 2017 Report Share Posted January 25, 2017 This is usually caused by a connectivity issue. Here is a FAQ topic that gives you some things that you can look into yourself. The post is a bit dated but still has some good info. I say dated because Immunet's main process is no longer agent.exe (but rather sfc.exe) that's stated in the topic.
