1935rich Posted January 26, 2017 Report Share Posted January 26, 2017 I moved all my files from my old laptop to a new laptop and my immunet v5.0.2 did not transfer properly now it won't connect. I can't install a new copy because the installer says its already the current version. I can't uninstall it because it says its running. I can't find the agent.exe or sfc.exe in the task manager processes window, all I can do is stop the task tray part of the program but it still won't allow me to uninstall/reinstall.
