Hi dexo, it looks to me your History files are normal according to your screenshot.

First of all, you can change which events to view by using the drop down menu located to the right of "View By" by clicking on the little downward pointing arrow button. This menu gives you the option to view Default, Clean File History, Quarantined File History, Scan History & All File Events.

To get more information about a certain event simply click on the file name and you get a detailed explanation to the right in the "Details" dialog box (which is currently blank because you didn't click on any file name before making your screenshot). I hope this was the info you were looking for. :-)

Cheers, Ritchie...

Hi Ritchie

My problem was that there was not any new entries in the log, all the logs in the screenshot is from the flash scan performed after the install, i have executet/installed programs after but there is no log entries

It does depend what events get logged into History with the settings you are using too. If you had "Monitor Program Install" enabled in Settings that should have logged those install events. If you had this setting already turned on during the install then I would be more than a little puzzled why those didn't get logged too.

Did you have Monitor Program Install turned on in Settings during that time?

Ok, thanks for the reply. That is weird!

Could you please send Support a Support Diagnostic Tool Report. Here's a FAQ link that will outline how to submit a comprehensive SDT report. Mention in the support email that you started this topic in the Immunet Support/Defects section of the forum in case a technician wants to take a look. Not a bad idea to also mention where you downloaded the software in question from.  http://support.immunet.com/index.php?/topic/1672-how-do-i-submit-a-support-diagnostic-tool-report/

Best wishes, Ritchie...
