False Positive

Recommended Posts

Every time my e-mail client checks the mail server, a file is generated with a hexadecimal number as the name and an extension of .qef (ex: 4C98E46F.qef) in the C:\Windows\Temp directory. Every time Immunet Protect v. 2.0.15 flags it as W32.Hijacker. I verified this is what is happening with Wirshark. I don't know what this fifle is used for but is definitely connect to my client checking for new mail.
