Another feature for version 3 maybe...

 

The Notice! pop ups collapse very quickly. Moving the mouse onto it to stall the collapse would be a welcome feature.

OK, that sounds reasonable - would it help just to extend the period of time they stay active for?

I should have said "rather quickly" instead of "very quickly" which sounds critical rather than observational.

 

If you extended the timing, you'd hear from folks... "It's too long!"

 

For the at-a-glance showing it's just fine but if something looks funky by the time you do a double take, it's collapsing. A mouse over stall would help.
