alfred
All, We are in the process of system upgrades. These upgrades may take your system into a 'Disconnected' state. For Plus users, this is a non-issue as your local defs will kick in. For Free users, this means your connection will be up and down throughout the day. Our expectation is that the upgrades will be finished by 12:00 AM MST. Best Regards, Al
dallas7
Respectfully submitted suggestions: 1) Push a notice to Notices in the Immunet program itself. 2) Create a "Network Status" on the immunet dot com home page. Also point to it with a re-named (i.e. Check Network) Fix It! link and there put a Fix It! link to the support page. 3) Put an announcement such as this in the Announcements thread. Good news about the upgrades! I know from experience that work ain't easy. Cheers.

davemc@mail.com
That was nice I'm surprised at the involvement/ownership level of free version users, it says alot about community. Wouldn't you know that our upgrade outage would come at the same time as my Norton 360 is reporting no advanced SONAR protection. So I just turned on an additional CA A/V, everyone seems to get along, and I feel a little more secure. I agree that some additional or advance notice of an outage would be nice 1) Push a notice to Notices in the Immunet program itself. 2) Create a "Network Status" on the immunet dot com home page. Also point to it with a re-named (i.e. Check Network) Fix It! link and there put a Fix It! link to the support page. 3) Put an announcement such as this in the Announcements thread. Maybe even an e-mail in advance would be a nice touch. I'm sure the vast majority of users never visit the forums, or so the numbers seem to indicate. These, obviously, are suggestions for the convenience and comfort of the user. I haven't considered if advance notification would alert any 'bad guys' to potential vulnerabilities. Thanks for listening, and keep up the good work.

Guest Roy
My immunet has been disconnected for a week or so. It was flashing connected a couple of times I noticed, but still disconnected. When I try to sign in I get, "An unexpected failure has occurred". And I can't scan either.
