Can't Active Account

I've introduced the Chinese version to some people and they have some probolems with accounts.

here's one situation,he's created an account but he got an email like this

您的账户已经创建。(your account is created)

 

 

 

Email: <%=h @user.email %>

 

 

 

访问这个链接以激活您的账户：(visit this link to active your account)

and another people can't register been promoted "Requested security package does not exist(2148074245)"

 

I haven't encountered these problems...any ideas?

Sorry, emails were a mess. They were encoded improperly, but this is now fixed. If you send me their email addresses via PM or email, I can activate those accounts so the users can log in.

 

As for the "Requested security package does not exist(2148074245)", that's a problem talking HTTPS. Maybe a firewall is blocking them or their date/time is incorrect. I wonder if there get errors going to other HTTPS sites. They may want to try going to https://ws.immunet.com/ and see if there is any certificate errors.

Nope, nothing is there. I'm just curious if the user gets any sort of certificate warnings.

I just got response of the user having issue "Requested security package does not exist(2148074245)".

 

He can't register still and visited https://ws.immunet.com/ with no error and he doesn't have firewall.

 

And another thing is somebody register with a Chinese E-mail service @163.com and failed ,but works with @live.com,is there a limitation with this?
