Serpher
I'm experiencing some difficulties with singin to my community account. When I want to login, that message pops out: "An unknown error has occured". I typed my email and password correctly so what with that problem? BTW. Can I login with the same account email and password on multiple Immunet installations?

Can I login with the same account email and password on multiple Immunet installations? Weird. It looks like your account was never activated. I've activated it, please see if you can log in. Also, yes you can log into multiple Immunet installations with the same account. --Millard
Serpher
I don't know what you've done, but now everything is ok. I couldn't login on my other Immunet account but now is ok. Thank you Millard.

I can't log into "My community" from the main user interface, and when I attempt to recover the password I receive "An unknown error has occurred." Please let me know what information you need to debug this. Thanks!

Guest Orlando
Open Task Manager (ctrl+shift+esc) and find iptray.exe and agent.exe, if one of this there isn't reboot the machine or reinstall the software. Find in the services (if there is) "Immunet Protect" is running and (if you have only Plus version) "TETRA threat scanner" is running. If Immunet Protect isn't running reboot the system or reinstall the program. In addition search if your firewall block Immunet to Internet, watch our guides for some problems here: http://support.immunet.com/tiki-index.php?page=HomePage If all is running and all is ok send an email to support@immunet.com Regards, Orlando

I'll be able to lookup the account info from there and hopefully see what's going on. --Millard
cschilbe
I recently experienced the same issue. Steps to reproduce ------------------------- 1) Download and install free version 2) Without reboot open immunet protect 3) Attempt registration (Unknown error displayed as above) * Unknown error displayed. * Account is created * Activation email received 4) Attempt to login * Unknown error displayed 5) Attempt to reset password * Unknown error displayed 6) Reboot 7) Errors resolved. Before reboot local.xml contained agent_registered 0 Assuming that a required service does not start on install or registration requires an active agent. Please let me know if you require any more information or screenshots.

Basically the agent has to register before the user can, but I'm not sure if that's what everyone else is experiencing. I'll log this and see how we're going to fix it. There is a secondary issue for really really really old users who had facebook connections. Sometimes I have to remove their account and let them create a new one with the same email address in order for their account to work. --Millard
