I Cant Login

After i lost my power in my pc.

 

i have this error in computer:

after restart i cant login.

 

By "login", are you referring to the to "My Community"? You may want to look at %localappdata%\immunet\community.json. You may have to delete the file, but that shouldn't have to do with the agent crash. If removing that file doesn't work, send your diagnostics snapshot (support.immunet.com/tiki-read_article.php?articleId=10) to support at immunet.com and reference this post.

I made a clear install. (i deleted all immunet folders application data and in users)

i reinstalled it, and now it works.

 

by login i was reffering that the program couldn connect general to internet now it works.

Also after reinstall i made a scandisk something found i think. (after the loose of elecrtic power)
