By "login", are you referring to the to "My Community"? You may want to look at %localappdata%\immunet\community.json. You may have to delete the file, but that shouldn't have to do with the agent crash. If removing that file doesn't work, send your diagnostics snapshot (support.immunet.com/tiki-read_article.php?articleId=10) to support at immunet.com and reference this post. (i deleted all immunet folders application data and in users) i reinstalled it, and now it works. by login i was reffering that the program couldn connect general to internet now it works.
