Jorgen
Immunet Plus will not connect, and it says that it is updated and that is impressive since it is not connected. It will not scann since it is not connected. I can not sett an automatic scan since I am not connected, it cant be because I am not on the internett since I am posting here. Do any one have a suggestion for a solution? Jorgen
spa
you _can't_ be connected to the internet when posting this, me neither 8) how about checking your windows firewall for blocking outgoing content (or maybe zonealarm or another)? greetings, spa Immunet Plus will not connect, and it says that it is updated and that is impressive since it is not connected. Do any one have a suggestion for a solution? Jorgen It sounds like you are running Plus, is this correct? In either case what this means is that the agent cannot connect via UDP to the net, or rather to our cloud. This can be caused by a few things. Here are some quick items to review: 1. You have two UI's running one each on different user accounts on a multi-user box. IMP only support single tenancy right now. 2. You have other AV on the system which is interfering with our ability to hit the cloud. You can hit the cmd line and run the following commands as Administrator: 1. c:\ net stop immunetprotect Wait 30 seconds: 2. c:\ net start immunetprotect This might kick the connection back to life. If not, contact me directly and we will walk through it together. alfred@immunet.com al
