ANimo
Dear Immunet, I'm a Immunet Plus user. For a while I've been trying to be an active member of your community. In the process I reported a number of viruses and bad positives. But the last 4 support queries went unanswered. All I got was an automated response they would get back at me. One of the reports was about Zbot better known as the Zeus botnet, wasn't detected in SysWow64. In other words it looked like it knew how to evade Immunet. It was reported 16 October as Case #1162. Is there a way to see to see the process of cases reported? Cause I'm starting to feel my efforts are in fain. Sincerely yours, ANimo

Sincerely yours, ANimo ANimo, We generally do not respond to all threat submissions, there are simply too many to manually respond to. We do need to build an automated reply and tracking system but currently we are focused on building product efficacy, other things end up taking a back seat. We do process all of your threats (I have done so myself) FWIW. I would encourage you to continue participating in the community - because we need the participation but right now cannot always respond personally to the threat submission uploads. However, we likely could put up a malware forum here and only allow posting and downloading for select members as they do over at MBAM. Thoughts? I suspect we will be moving our 'Free' product support into this Forum period in the near term as it's much easier to manage and it allows people to communicate freely with each other. al
