Guest Armin Pasalic
When I click "update," it says: "Initialization failed with code:0 There may be and update server issue. Please wait and try again." My mate that uses Immunet can click UPDATE and there is no error over at him... Here what I use: Avast! 5 Internet Security. I tried to Un-install, delete Immunet folder, cleaned the registry, and installed again, no help... Please help me fix this issue. Cheers, Armin. The factors may be different, go step by step: 1 - First try updating to version 2.0.14 (and then continue if not work); 2 - I suppose if you have avast internet security windows firewall is off, then try to see if the avast firewall blocks Immunet (if it does not work this time, go to step 3); 3 - Try to use the system diagnostic tools and post the results or send to: support@immunet.com, here's the guide: http://support.immunet.com/tiki-read_article.php?articleId=10 I hope I was Essert help, let me know; Orlando

Armin, After the Initialization failed, click "Update" again and does it work? Sometimes it fails to initialize the first time, but usually is fine subsequent times. After going to 2.0.14 as Orlando suggested, it may still happen the first time, but shouldn't happen subsequent times. If it does, send me your snapshot. --Millard
