I am trying to get the automatic scan scheduled and it is asking for user name and password... well the account has no password and it will not let me continue the scheduling with out one. Is there a workaround for this? I am running Windows 7 Ultimate with AVG Free.Any insight to this problem is greatly appreciated. :D

First: open task manager (ctrl+shift+esc) and check if tray.exe and agent.exe are both running, if there aren't restart pc or run Immunet service in services. If all of this is ok you can have a firewall wich block Immunet to try to go to the internet.
