Trent
When I try and set up a scheduled scan I get an exception window of "An unknown error occured" Ideas? Rcc, I regularly get this same error when I try to setup daily scans on my users machines. I have not figured out the trick to it yet. I have found sometimes simply trying to add the scheduled scan again will work and other times it is impossible to add the scan. It does seem to be that if the account has a blank password, the error will always occur. Other times I have found that with domain accounts changing the username from userename@domain to domain\username may make it work.

I actually had tried all of these suggestions before posting, to no avail.
