Immunet Disconnected

Immunet was working fine yesterday (1/20/11), tonight I just happen to open the program to do a scan and it says disconnected under Community. I check my firewall, (Norton), no issue there, so I tried a manual update to see if Immunet would connect, that worked fine, Immunet updated, no problems. So I re-booted my computer but still get a "disconnected" under the Community. Some help would be appreciated since I'm stumped. Thanks

I have the same problem. This morning everything was fine and now my community is disconnected. Rebooting did not solve the problem. I also could not find any potential solutions in the support/help section. Any suggestions?

Open Task Manager ctrl+shift+esc and check if "agent.exe" and "iptray.exe" are running. Open services and check if "Immunet" (and "TETRA treath scanner", if you have Plus version) is on automatic and is runing.
