antonedp
Noticed recently that I am unable to right click and left double click the Comodo Firewall 5.3 icon on the taskbar. Solved the problem by uninstalling Immunet Protect Free. My computer has Windows 7 with 64 bit. Immunet Protect Free was the last program I had installed. I have just noticed this problem in the last 2-3 days.
Guest Orlando
Can you make a screenshot of this and send image to support at immunet.com? Have you got IE9? What version have you got? Orlando

ritchie58
That is strange indeed. I use Comodo Firewall and IMP free with Windows 7 64 bit OS and have not encountered this issue myself. Some type of malware infection prior to Immunet being installed maybe? Just a wild guess on my part. I know that iptray.exe and agent.exe have to be added to the "Trusted Files" for Immunet to access the internet through the firewall but that wouldn't account for the Comodo icon not responding correctly. Weird. The firewall processes cfp.exe and cmdagent.exe which is a dependency process of services.exe should be running for the firewall to function. That would be one thing to check with TaskManager if anyone else encounters this problem. Also Comodo Internet Security has a 64 bit version avaliable. That's the version I installed. Perhaps a compatibility issue with the operating system if he installed the 32 bit version?
