Serpher, Does it consistently take a long time or is it mostly when your system is busy? --Millard
Guest Armin Pasalic Report post Posted July 3, 2010 Millard, would'nt a Defrag of the System Drives help? Cheers!
millard@immunet.com 124 Report post Posted July 3, 2010 Armin, It usually increases disk I/O speed, but we've got to find out what the root of the issue is. I think the message from the agent back the UI gets lost sometimes and the UI is designed to timeout if it doesn't get a message back from the agent. --Millard
Guest Armin Pasalic Report post Posted July 3, 2010 This could be the users PC fault, or a bug between the Agent and UI?
Serpher 2 Report post Posted July 3, 2010 @Millard It happens every time when I want to restore a file. AJAX loader shows up and then I must wait God knows how long. It's annoying. The method I wrote above is much quicker but that will no solve the problem. @Armin I think the bug is in Immunet Tray, 'cause this process controls UI. //EDIT Oh, I forgot to mention: Deleting the file also takes a quite long time. Maybe its because this AJAX loader.
