RMSOX
I am trying to install Immunet on a newly refurbished Dell laptop that has Windows XP Pro installed. The install fails each time. However, I see the Immunet icon in the bottom right tray and it allows me to create an account. (????) Two questions: Can I install using XP? If so, when I do try to register, it just freezes and says "Creating a New Account" but nothing more (See attached screen shot). I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Immunet 3.0, but get the same results. Thoughts?

Right now, we don't support proxies. I'd suggest that you cancel out of the registration. Then make sure you agent comes online and connect to the cloud. After that, try going to My Community and registering an account. If it still doesn't register and you are not behind aproxy, email your IE version, a link to this forum thread, and a support diagnostics snapshot (http://support.immunet.com/tiki-read_article.php?articleId=10) to support at immunet.com. --Millard
