My failed disc was replaced (under warranty) but reinstalling my clamav license doesn't work. I get the message in the attached file... I have seen a few similar problems here in the forum, but no solution in them. I opened a case with support through the web site. I got back an email asking me to call a very expensive intl number but after ten minutes of talking to the technician in India, he gave me a different number to call. Problem is, this is not only another expensive intl call for me, it not a 24/7 number, and it's 9 hours earlier than my time zone, so it isn't a viable solution. I think buying a new license would have been cheaper than all these "toll free" numbers. Any ideas where to go from here? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
