ritchie58
I found out today the ClamAV detection engine is causing an error in Microsoft Visual Runtime C++ 2005 Redistributable Library component and Rhapsody will not load. With the ClamAV engine turned off the program loads and functions normally. I put Rhaposdy's program files in the exclusion list and that had no effect. Please do two things: 1) Go to Settings and enable "Blocking Mode" and try to use rhapsody. We may be holding onto a handle too long. 2) Send me a support snapshot I'll try to reproduce this today. --Millard
ritchie58
That seemed to do the trick Millard! With the ClamAV turned on and enabling Blocking Mode Rhapsody did indeed load. I would be happy to send you a support snapshot but I need instructions on how to do so since I'm not sure how to do that with Immunet.
ritchie58
I found the instructions for sending a diagnostic report and have sent it to support. The File Path that was not loading is: C:\Users\Ritchie\AppData\Local\Temp\temp.cur Installed By: C:\Program Files (x86)\Rhapsody\rhapsody.exe
