Sorry for creating a duplicate submission on this matter. I submitted this inquiry before I created an account. Did not see the existing thread on this topic until after my account was created.

The "Cloud Stats" indicator at the top of the Immunet application shows "0 people protected from 0 threats" (see attached screenshot). I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program, but nothing changed. How do I correct this?

Hi Tony,

It would have better if you posted this on one of the already related topics to this subject.

I don't know why it's taking so long to correct this cloud stat bug. There's also people experiencing update issues that also continues to go unresolved.

Being the forum moderator for this site I work from home and do not have direct access to the servers. These issues need to be looked at by a administrator or developer.
