emmjay 0 Report post Posted July 4, 2010 I installed the Plus version just yesterday. When I ran a scan in the free edition it registered the date that the scan was completed and I got a big blue tick in the Scan box. After having run a full scan yesterday using the Plus Upgrade version (which completed successfully without any errors), the scan did not register. I have an orange exclamation mark, with Fix It, showing in the box. I have 2.0.11.3 installed on Win7/Pro32.

millard@immunet.com 124 Report post Posted July 5, 2010 OK, I followed the instructions ... it has been sent. emmajy, It looks like your last scan was June 21st. After 7 days, if not additional scans have taken place then it will go from a Green checkbox to the Yellow exclamation point you see now. The best thing to do is schedule a weekly scan. --Millard

Looking forward to hearing from you as to what I should do next. I am getting a bit skeptical about your product ... help me! Emmajy, I believe you are running Windows 7, so please do the following: 1) Run %windir%\system32\taskschd.msc /s 2) On the left, click on the node called the "Task Scheduler Library" 3) Look for a task called Immunet Scan 244588585 4) Right-click on that node and click Run. That should start a Scan. There is a few possible issues 1) You'll go into the task scheduler and won't see the scan task 2) You're machine is not kicking off the scheduled task. You'll want to click on Immunet Scan 244588585 and click on "Enable All Tasks History" on the right. This should tell you whether or not the scan succeeded and clue you into why it' might have failed. --Millard
emmjay 0 Report post Posted July 7, 2010 I will do as you instructed, however, please be aware that my original problem was with a DEMAND SCAN not a scheduled scan. You did not address this. The GUI still indicates that the demand scan did not happen.
