devouk
Hi there I have just installed the free version of immunet 3 on a clean vista install to trial it out after reading a review. The initial screen of registering for the cloud part doesn't work and seems to hang. I have added agent.exe to firewall rules. It allows me to add the data when i click on register it just sit there. left it running for 10 mins nothing. So i have to hit cancel and cannot full fill the registration I don't know since i cant register i cant receive updates When clicking on the update button i receive the error message Initialisation Failed : Code 0. There may be an update server issue. Please wait and try again. This has been happing for 2 days now Looking for some guidance thank you devo
ritchie58
There are two running processes with Immunet that need internet access for the AV to function properly. The other process is iptray.exe so add this process to your firewall allow rules as well. Unless something else is blocking Immunet's processes that should allow the AV to work. Also, are you using another AV along side of Immunet? If so then put Immunet's Program Files in the other AV's exclusion list and add the other AV's Program Files into Immunet's exclusion list. That way they'll recognize each other as a safe application.

nigelin
I have the same problem with registering and using Immunet. You have my email address (nigeldun at gmail.com) on your server from earlier use of your program. but all attempts to register or recover my password give an error. I am not clear if registering is a requirement to be able to run Immunet, and Avast! and your two executables are allowed by Sygate Personal firewall, but if I press the Scan button I get the message that Immunet is not running. Thanks for any help

element_hc
I am having a possible related problem. I have installed Immunet.3 and it does pop up the registration screen. So it won't connect to your servers. Suggestions?

fblais
There is no registration, nothing should prevent updates. Maybe your firewall?
