markusg Posted July 5, 2010 Report Share Posted July 5, 2010 Hi, sorry i can not find the right title for this. i will discribe it. when you have in emsisoft an problem to remove malware, there is an link to the forum. perhaps this is also an good idea for immunet. perhaps you can use such feature also for other problems when the user gets an error message or something else. i think this is much easier for the user and we can help fast i (i hope). markusg Posted July 5, 2010 Author Report Share Posted July 5, 2010 ok, i will :-) think you have a rootkit, this rootkit is hard to remove. normaly the user has to search help in other forums, or perhaps we have luck and he/she comes to us. when he/she gets help in an other forum he/she will perhaps uninstall immunet. but when you have an alert window in immunet.: "failed to remove malware, please visit (forum link) for help" the user comes to this forum, this is also an first positive for the support. when we are fixing the problem at the end, its the best, so the user, perhaps, will tell frends later: "immunet has an good and fast and helpfull support" so more user will use it... and so on. Also, Immunet cannot make this... they are not enough(30 - 40 people in the company) How can an expert be 24/7 online when they are important with fixing bugs and stuff, but I will ask a Moderator and see the answer Cheers.
