dallas7
In keeping an eye on the updates stall issue I reported earlier, I now notice the UI reports My Community going randomly "disconnected." As the attached screen shot shows, it is actually connected because I am able to login and logout and login as well as get new defs with Update Now. Closing and opening iptray, no fix - still shows the Red Icon and Disconnected. But closing iptray, stopping and starting agent and opening iptray does "fix" it, returning the Green Icon and "Connected." Is this something that might also get fixed with 2.0.12 release? Thank you. WinXPproSP3/32 Dallas, The community and agent use separate protocols which would be why their independent, but I'm concerned about your disconnects. There is nothing 2.0.12 yet that's designed to address this. Please email me your support diagnostics file. I may have something for you to try. --Millard
