trebasss
To Anyone: Once I purchased, installed and ran IMMUNET, I naturally began to search and read the various options. Under the My Community section, the names of TWO NAMES people I have absolutely NO IDEA and/or NO KNOWLEDGE of appear..... And naturally, I am most concerned with 'Who' these people are. . . . . Is this 'common?' If so or if NOT, REGARDLESS, HOW do I get these two clowns OFF my 'list'? I'd appreciate any viable and most of all, EFFECTIVE answer..... I am most concerned that 'they' may be/are HACKERS that have somehow lodged themselves into my computer....... THANKS and BY THE WAY: IMMUNET ITSELF is NO HELP in this regard; so in one sense, ONCE MORE I have tossed away 19.95 for a program that essentially does NOT provide 24/7 Customer Care...... Feel free to contact me at **Email removed by Orlando** trebasss

These users are two of the founders of Immunet, are the two names listed in this image? http://support.immunet.com/img/Comm-Loggedin.jpg We don’t have 24/7 support, our support is 9-5 Monday-Friday (Mountain Time). If you don’t get in touch with us right away you can leave a message with your details and we will certainly get back to you during our business hours. You can also post questions on this forum and myself and other community members will do our best to help you. Best regards, Anthony
dp_tuku
Mod's right. When you register your product, you will find 2 people in you community who are the not hackers by any means. I have noticed it for quite sometime eagerly and found them to be legit. BTW, hackers are overly eager good or neutral enthusiasts while the rough ones are termed crackers not hackers. ynot strebor
I have just purchased the two year option and lets hope it is as good as the blurb says it is. Done several scans already and it picked up three malicious virus' and placed then into quarantine. Does this mean that they are no lobger a threat to my computer ?? Luv to know that please Ynot
ritchie58
If Immunet has flagged any file(s) as malicious and quarantined them then the program will not allow those files to run or make any changes to your machine. Essentially locking them out. As with any anti-virus solution there is the possibility of a legitimate file being flagged as malicious and quarantined called a false positive. If that occurs you can restore that file from quarantine. If your not sure a file is good or bad it's best to leave it in quarantine and post an inquiry here at this forum to determine its legitimacy. On another thread yesterday WacoJohn had a real problem with a file, that Immunet quarantined every time WacoJohn tried to send the file for analyzis. I PM:ed Orlando to solve this delicate situation. I will now go thru the latest items posted in the Forum to first check, if the file of WacoJohn has been taken care of (malicious or false postive?).
