snedekercw
Hello: I've just loaded Immunet with Clam AV as opposed to the cloud version. I know it has the ability to scan while offline. However, I've notice something I don't understand about it. When the Clam AV version starts, there is also a blank box in the upper left hand area of my screen that also loads with it. I can't seem to do anything with it except use the large X in it's upper right hand corner to close it. First of all, what is the box for? Secondly, how do I get rid of it and stopp it from loading on startup? The version of Immunet is 3.0 with Clam AV, Windows 7, Service Pack 1, no other antivirus software, Thanks, Cliff

It's supposed to be fixed in 3.0.1 (still in Beta). Would you please give it a try and see if it fixes the issue? If not, please send a screenshot and support diagnostics snapshot (http://support.immunet.com/tiki-read_article.php?articleId=10) to support at immunet.com with a reference to this Forum post.
