sweidre
Hi, When I from http://www.immunet.com/ downloaded Immunet v.3.0.1.6112, I got three option to choose between: "Begin Your Immunet Installation" 1. CLOUD Free 2. CLOUD+CLAM AV Free 3. PLUS/TRIAL Try it for Free As I prefer the cloud-based Immunet only, I ticked Alt.1 above (Cloud only) I installed Immunet Cloud Free v.3.0.1.6112 without anu problems! But, now I have a question: Why have I also received the following two directories: 1. C:\Program Files\Immunet\tetra\ size: 2,795 kB and 2. C:\Program Files\Immunet\clamav\ size: 9,849 kB ? Why has the "Cloud Only" - version also received directories, that should belong to Clam & Tetra only? Cheers, sweidre

sweidre
If you in future want PLUS or ClamAV. Orlando Hi Orlando, But if I want to have ClamAV and/or Tetra in the future, I prefer then to do a complete uninstallation of the Cloud Only version first and then do a clean installation of alt.2 (Cloud+ClamAV Free) or alt3. (Plus/Trial) Try for Free. (Quarantine = 0 & History I do not need to keeep at all from the Cloud Only version.) So my question now is: If I completely delete the folders "Tetra" & "clamav", is then my "Cloud Only" version working properly? Guest Orlando
Yes, but we did not test it, in case of malfunctions re-install Immunet. Remember to stop the Immunet service. Orlando

Orlando Hi Orlando, Thanks for your honest reply! As removal of these two directories are not tested, I will keep them until further notice! Fortunately, I'm not out of space! By the way, I will give you some info in return: If I update one version to a new version by overwriting, a folder of the outdated version will still remain often containing a huge log- file, if the version has been used for a long time. If I update by uninstalling the current version first and then do a clean installation of the new version, there will be no redundant folders/files left from the old version! Orlando Thanks Orlando, but the issue is not urgent, so the reply can wait! You should concentrate upon school now first of all! Immunet forum you should place on the second place! Cheers, sweidre PS. This weekend is so far very calm without any urgent matters in the forum! Last weekend there were too many of them! DS.
