Am I Up-To-Date?

Greetings all,

I'm not sure i'm up-to-date.

I have all green check marks, yet under "Last Updated" it shows 4/19/11 11:48:33. When i run "Update Now", it says "Immunet 3.0 is up to date.

I wish there was an indicator on the web page to show the date of the lastest update.

TIA,

Ray

Hi Ray,

In my Immunet Free (cloud-based only), I have no expression called: "Last Updated"!

I have "Last Scanned" = 2011-04-22 22:21:24 & "Current Version" = 3.0.1.6112, that's all! So, I do not understand your question, at all!

I have no malware-database in my computer, so I rely only upon the malware database in the cloud only (always up-to-date!) , that shows just now "from 23,363,695 threats!

This is my 3rd view of your post, and I can only give this info! Are you sure, that your question is correct formulated? Maybe, you should add what kind of Immunet you have:

1.) Immunet Free (cloud-based only)

2.) Immunet Free (cloud-based + ClamAV)

3.) Immunet Plus (cloud-based + ClamAV + Tetra module)

Cheers,

sweidre

Hi again Sweidre,

Yes, when i open up Immunet, there are 3 columns, under Product (the last one to the right), the last half says "Last Updated" and give a date of 4/19/11 @ 11:48:33.

I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling to fix the OTHER problem - one solved, now perhaps another to deal with!

It is evident, that we have different versions of Immunet, which is a little bit confusing!

Still, you have not mentioned, if you have:

1.) Immunet Free (cloud-based only),

2.) Immunet Free (cloud-based + ClamAV), or

3.) Immunet Plus (cloud-based + ClamAV + Tetra module)

It is an advantage, if all questions regarding Immunet has also that info added!

Cheers,

sweidre

Guest Orlando

Hi,

Delete the update.txt file in these folder:

C:\Program Files\Immunet\tetra\Plugins

C:\Program Files\Immunet\clamav

and run again the Update, you can run it manually here:

C:\Program Files\Immunet\3.0.1

click on updater.exe

Hi,

Read this forum thread: http://forum.immunet.com/index.php?/topic/995-immunet-community-members-protected/page__pid__5276&do=findComment&comment=5276

It is evident, that the Immunet server is not working over these Easter holidays. The server is left unattended by the Immunet staff! No Immunet employee is reading the urgent topics in the forum!

Cheers,

sweidre
