So, I uninstalled it and downloaded a new, free version. I tried to insert my (paid for) License Key, via Settings, into the boxes; but it fails, repeatedly. TIA Dave Hi detourdave, I have Immunet Free (cloud only version), but anyhow I will just tell you, that there is somthing wrong with Immunet server. (It shows 1,290,043 members protected from 23,363,695 threats only since about 10 hours at least!) I do not know, if your problem is related to mine, but there is at least one problem with it! ritchie58 Posted April 25, 2011 Report Share Posted April 25, 2011 Here is something you can try. Uninstall Immunet again. During the uninstall it will ask you if you are going to reinstall. Click on "no" to the questions regarding Immunet saving your previous settings. That way you will get a complete uninstall. Reinstall and try your key again.
